FUTURE PLANS

Birthing pains are still evident in the society. Despite the fact, or maybe because there are only a few members, there are still many issues which it has to face and resolve. The issue of non-related organ transplantation is only one of many areas where policies have to be clearly laid out and implemented. Unification of transplantation programs, creation of an examining board, coordination of organ procurement and allocation, accreditation of transplant centers and coordination with the DOH are all tasks at hand. The society has a long way to go but the crucial first steps have already been taken.
